Waiver

Each booking will come with its own custom waiver link so it can attach to your booking, making it easier to find in the system.

If you or your guests would prefer to sign in store at the time of your booking, please leave enough time to complete before your booking time.

One waiver will need to be filled out for each adult, minors (under 18) will need to have someone complete the waiver on their behalf.

For a calendar year, only one waiver is required.

No changes can be made to the waiver, if a mistake is made a new waiver will need to be completed.

No paper signed copies are permitted, waivers can only be submitted electronically ( we can help you complete this in store)
