If your group is not ready at your scheduled start time because of check-in steps, your play time may be reduced. We always do our best to accommodate when possible, but extra time is not guaranteed.
Need to change your player count?
We will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee space for extra players if they are not booked in advance.
After the cancellation window has passed, spots cannot be removed from the booking total. If fewer players arrive than were booked, the full booked amount is still due.
If someone in your group can no longer attend, another guest may attend in their place. Please make sure they meet the age requirement for the experience booked.

Party and Team Building Bookings
This policy applies to any booking with Party, Birthday Package, or Team Building in the booking name.
Full refund: 7 days’ notice
Store credit or reschedule: 3 days’ notice
Player reductions: 3 hours’ notice, up to 3 players, while maintaining the minimum player count for your booking
Late rescheduling: A 25% rebooking fee applies if rescheduling with less than 3 days’ notice
All Other Bookings
This policy applies to all other bookings.
Full refund: 7 days’ notice
Store credit or reschedule: 24 hours’ notice
Player reductions: 3 hours’ notice, up to 3 players, while maintaining the minimum requirements for your booking
Late rescheduling: A 25% rebooking fee applies if rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice
