Why is virtual reality for me?

Virtual reality or VR is so versatile that there is something for everyone to experience and enjoy. Not a gamer? No problem! Climb Mt Everest, explore the world in Google Earth, Create a work of art in Tilt Brush, or just go online and socialize. 

Can more than 1 person play at a time?

Each VR system allows 1 person to play at a time, so you would need to book multiple systems if you wanted to play together

Can I play with other people?

About half of our game library is Multiplayer, and you can play with anyone else that has a VR headset and the same game.

What if I have trouble setting it up?

We provide a full setup guide with pictures and videos, but if you get stumped we are available 7 days a week to help you out.

Is there an age/height limit? 

We recommend that VR gamers be at least 6 years old and at least 1.11m (44") tall to have the best experience possible. The system should always be used under adult supervision.

When do you deliver?

We typically do pickups and deliveries between 12 and 5 pm but if another time works better, contact us and we will do our best to work it into our schedule.

Can I play with glasses? 

You bet! One of the best features of the HTC Vive is the large front face mask that easily accommodates people with or without glasses. 

Are there any physical limitations that would prevent me from enjoying my experience?

The Vive offers a full-body experience, but some games can be played sitting down or only require the ability to look around with some head movement. We are more than happy to help you select an experience for whatever your needs are.

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do! You can buy them online or over the phone. Gift certificates make a great birthday gift!

What is your cancellation policy on rentals?

Due to the limited number of units available, we require 7 days notice to cancel your rental for a full refund. We will refund 50% of the rental price between 7 days and the time of delivery. If you cancel after your delivery date, we will, unfortunately, be unable to provide any refund.
