What is the HTC Vive?

How many stations are available?

Can I share my headset (and hour) with a friend?
No problem! We think it's more fun for you both to play one of our exciting multiplayer games together, but you're free to share the headset if you wish. If you are planning to share the headset between more than two people, we recommend using one of our deluxe rooms for added space and comfort.

How early should I show up before my experience starts?

What if I need to cancel?
It's not a problem! We know that life happens and plans change. Just give us a heads up at least 24hrs before your scheduled time slot to receive a full refund or to rebook. If you have a large party or corporate event booking, we require at least 1 weeks notice to cancel.
Can I play with glasses?
You bet! One of the best features of the HTC Vive is the large front face mask that easily accommodates people with or without glasses.
What should I wear?
In winter make sure you bring indoor shoes so you have something dry and comfortable to play in. You can wear whatever you like, but we recommend comfortable clothes. Some of our experiences can work up quite a sweat!
Are there any physical limitations that would prevent me from enjoying my experience?
The Vive offers a full body experience, but some games can be played sitting down or only require the ability to look around with some head movement. We are more than happy to help you select an experience for whatever your needs are.
Can I use my own Steam account?
Of course! Just give us a heads up so we can log out of the store accounts. We recommend that you show up at least 15 minutes prior to your time slot so that you get your full hour to play.
Do you sell gift certificates?
We do! You can buy them in person or we can send you a digital copy by email if you pay by credit card over the phone.
